Cooking Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper until well combined to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the citrus marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat, about 400 degrees F. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade to avoid cross-contamination.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6 to 7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and grill marks appear.
- Take the chicken off the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with the lime zest, orange zest, and fresh cilantro, then serve.

Notes
For a milder citrus flavor, use equal parts lime and orange juice. Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. The marinade can be made up to a day ahead and kept chilled. Avoid overcooking by using a meat thermometer. Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh avocado salad for a complete meal.
