  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Flaked Salt or flaked sea salt, divided

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss your baby carrots in a big bowl with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread carrots out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and honey.
  5. Drizzle the sauce over carrots and toss them again.
  6. Cook on high pressure for about 3 minutes, then release pressure quickly.
  7. Move carrots back to baking sheet and roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
