Ingredients
  

  • fresh green beans
  • 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim and wash green beans, then pat completely dry.
  3. Toss beans in olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Top with extra Parmesan and serve immediately.
