Authentic German Recipe

Mix
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Partially Boil 2 - 4 small potatoes peeled and quartered
Add dumpling mix to partially boiled potatoes a spoonful at a time

Continue cooking for about 10 minutes

Drain potatoes and dumplings
Brown in a skillet with butter
Salt & Pepper as desired
