Great coffee cake recipe

Mix 2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup salad oil
Mix well with fork until crumbly

Save 6-7 fork fulls for top add 1/3 cup of nuts to this

Add 1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat – Pour into pan and sprinkle with topping
Grease 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes
Test with tooth pick
